Under the Surface
"Sucker" by Daniel, 17 | Under the Surface 2022
I remember being under the water, just snapping pictures when a wave of suckers came swimming past me and my buddy. It was my birthday and I was very happy and excited because it was the first time I have ever seen a sucker in person. This day was one of the best days I have had and I will never forget it.
About Daniel: "One of the challenges I faced at Northwest Passage and during my life is not being able to cope with the different lifestyles of other people and how other people make me feel and dealing with those feelings appropriately. The thing that I like the most about photography class is that I was not expecting the views to be so wonderful and exciting. I had a great opportunity to do Underwater Photography. My favorite part of being underwater is that I feel free in the water. When you are underwater, you feel different, you feel like you can move anywhere."
