"Waving Weeds" by Tucker, 16 | Under the Surface 2014
Watching these weeds wave in the current is sort of mesmerizing. I could watch them all day long. I wish I could have taken a video of the movement to show everyone.
About Tucker: "Hi, my name is Tucker and I'm 16. I've been through some really challenging things in my life, and I've made a lot of really bad decisions. I hope I can turn things around before it's too late. I love being underwater taking pictures. It's the most relaxing thing for me and always puts me in a good mood."
