About Tierra: “My name is Tierra. I’m from Madison, Wisconsin. My journey that led me to Northwest Passage was filled with lots of anger and self-destructive behaviors. In a New Light has contributed significantly to my change. Expressing myself through photography is a beautiful and healthy outlet to escape everyday life. In a New Light has exposed me to nature in a way that I’ve never experienced before. When I return home I plan to save up money to buy a nice camera and continue my hobby around my community.”
