You are beautiful and so strong
Even sometimes you do things wrong
Remember everyone makes mistakes
But that’s how you learn
So make those mistakes
When you're feeling down
Think about why
You can even go cry
Crying is not wrong
It helps you feel strong
Don’t hold it in
Let it all out
Just as a wave
Crash and release
Against the rock and shore
Remember this when feeling sad
Remember this so you can be glad
Remember that you are beautiful and strong
And that you can learn from what I did wrong
