People constantly say
“you should stop doing that to yourself,
the lines are going to be there the rest of your life.”
You know they don’t understand.
You keep telling yourself your lines don’t define you.
You feel like nobody gets you and that you have to hold it all in.
It gets too much, so you create lines.
You told yourself it’ll get better.
Years later your arm is full of lines.
