"A New Friend" by Jayden, 16 | April 2020
My friend has been waiting for me for awhile. But, I got so caught up in eating off this tree when a human stumbled upon me. She was hoping to get some good photos of me. So, I decided to stay a little longer. I didn’t want to make him worried, so I let out a call to let him know that I would be coming in a little bit. The human was so proud of the photos that she got of me. She ended up taking more before I decided to leave. So, when I flew off, I ended up coming back so I could say good bye. Then, I left for real to go meet my friend. I told him about everything that happened.
