"Good Times" by Star'te, 16 | June 2019
This is one of my favorite photos because it reminds me of a day in my childhood. When I was young I used to pluck leaves off this flower one by one and I would say “I love you” or “I love you not” trying to decide if it was my favorite plant. I remember the last words I said were “I love you” and I knew from that moment this would be one of my favorites.
About Star'te: "My name is Star’te and I am 16. Before I came to NWP I was out of school and not on a safe road, or any type of road to success. Most of my actions have caused me to fall behind in my studies. In my time at NWP I have proven myself to be responsible and hardworking and I am now trying to complete high school with a diploma."
