"Pollination" by Anonymous, 17 | October 2018
Bees may be the single most important insect or animal on this planet. We underestimate the mighty bee. His fat little legs soak up the sunshiny life force that is pollen. These creatures talk by dancing, little queens that work the dance floor, telling each other where those flowers are at. I love them. Even though they have a questionable choice of government, total monarchy, I believe we should protect the bees at all costs. The bees go, we go. Planting bee-friendly plants is a great start. Sunflowers, what this little man is on, provide much pollen for our winged friends. When I came across him, he was vigorously bathing himself in the flower. I thanked him, took a picture, and moved on.
